Hi, I’m Mingni and I am a hobby baker and food enthusiast. The GALS is my galette business, serving the Seattle area. I’ve been feeding my friends and family for as long as I can remember, and truly believe that the purest form of human connection is in sharing food.

What is a Galette?
A GALette is a round, unformed, flat pie. The crust is made of a short crust, flaky pastry. It can be filled with sweet or savory fillings, and served in flat slices
The versatility and simplicity of a galette allow it to serve almost any purpose. They can be served in sliver pieces as an hors d’ oeuvre, with a side of greens as a meal, with yogurt and coffee for breakfast, or with whipped cream for dessert! They are rustically pretty for events, and humble enough to have for a simple home meal.
